Participating businesses.
These businesses are listed in the pilot. Participation means a commitment to handle opt-out requests; it is not a guarantee that every sending system has been updated.
The scope is specific. Registration covers participating businesses’ SMS marketing. It does not stop messages from every sender, and a business still needs valid consent to send to someone who has no registry match.
